Shipping

National shipping

Spain: Standard mail with signature and tracking number. Arrives in approximately 3-4 business days once the order has shipped. Shipping fee: 4 €. Free shipping on orders over 60 €.

International shipping

We ship worldwide!

Europe: Standard mail with signature and tracking number. Arrives in approximately 5-7 business days once the order has shipped. Shipping fee: 8 €. Free shipping on orders over 120 €.

Rest of the world : Standard mail with signature and tracking number. Arrives in 10-15 business days once the order has shipped. Shipping fee: 15 €. Free shipping on orders over 150 €. 

Please note that these shipping windows are estimates and we can’t guarantee ship times for orders going to addresses located outside the European Community.

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of 15 € deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to sender.

Delivery

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Expedited shipping time does not include time for the order to process. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you notice delays or issues while tracking your package, please contact the carrier. We will not be available to provide information on packages once they have been shipped. We won’t be able to redirect orders once shipments are en route.

Please take care when entering your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery arrival date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Before making a return please email customercare@giorgiarei.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that the RA number must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without emailing beforehand and/or without RA numbers will not be  accepted.

If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Refund

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection based on the condition of the return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (may vary depending on your bank).

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

Our system does not process exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned.

Repairs

If jewelry has been damaged over time, we are able to offer repairs services. Please email customercare@giorgiarei.com  with images of the damage and we will issue a return authorization (RA) number. We will assess your case and note repair fees, if any.

Please note that the RA number must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without emailing beforehand and/or without RA numbers will not be accepted.

Giorgiarei is not responsible for return shipping and handling. Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery.

Materials & Care

Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, ocean, or pool and limit contact with perfumes and lotions.

Avoid banging your jewelry on table tops or against any other hard surfaces.

Pack your jewelry with care (avoid throwing it in the bottom of your bag).
